The highway department is dedicated to preserving the environment. We collect tons of tree branches from our curbside pickup program and the many trees we trim along township roads.


After chipping, the wood is made available to the public at no charge. Look for the "Free Wood Chips" sign and a mountain of chips.


We also provide extensive recycling services.
